Cancellation, Refund, and Reschedule Policy

Participants may request cancellation and receive a 100% refund provided that:

• the participant has not attended the first session; and
• the participant has not received or obtained access to the learning materials.

A 100% refund applies only if both of these conditions are met.

Learning materials include, but are not limited to, PDF module files, Zoom meeting recordings, digital learning materials, or other materials specifically provided to the participant as part of the program.

Once the learning materials have been sent, shared, or access has been granted to the participant, the payment becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant has opened, downloaded, watched, or used those materials.

After the participant has attended the first session and/or has received or obtained access to the learning materials, the payment is non-refundable.

This provision applies even if the participant:

• has not opened the materials;
• has not downloaded the materials;
• has not watched the recordings;
• does not continue the program after the first session; or
• is no longer able to attend class according to the schedule.

By receiving or obtaining access to the learning materials, the participant is deemed to have received part of the service provided by Mas Ridwan Academy.

Private class participants may request a schedule change subject to the following terms:

• The reschedule request must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours (2 × 24 hours) before the class schedule.
• A reschedule request submitted less than 48 hours before the class schedule is not guaranteed to be processed.
• Cancellation or a reschedule request less than 48 hours before the class schedule may be treated as a late cancellation, and that session may be treated as used.
• Participants are entitled to a maximum of 2 reschedules per program.
• After the maximum reschedule limit has been reached, absence from or cancellation of a subsequent session may cause that session to be forfeited.
• Each reschedule remains subject to instructor schedule availability.

Group class participants who are unable to attend a session may request a transfer to another group or schedule if one is available. The terms are:

• The request must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 × 24 hours) before the session takes place.
• Schedule changes depend on class and quota availability.
• A schedule change is not a guarantee that the participant will receive the same schedule or instructor.
• The Academy does not guarantee that a replacement schedule will be available if there is no matching class or quota.
• Absence or late cancellation without the Academy's approval may cause the session to be treated as used.

Participants who cancel or request a schedule change less than 48 hours (2 × 24 hours) before the class schedule may be categorized as a late cancellation.

Participants who do not attend without prior notice are considered a no-show.

Late cancellation and no-show may cause the session to be treated as used and may not be claimed as a refund or a replacement session.

Exceptions may be considered by the Academy for special circumstances or force majeure in accordance with the provisions in Point 9.

Every cancellation or reschedule request must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or the official Mas Ridwan Academy email.

A request is considered received after confirmation is obtained from the Academy.

The 48-hour time limit is calculated based on the time the written request is received by the Academy.

Participants are advised to keep records of communications related to cancellation or reschedule requests.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the refund request is approved.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method, according to the payment method used at registration.

There is no administrative fee or refund deduction. Participants who qualify for a refund will receive 100% of the payment amount that has been made.

Refunds are given only if the participant meets all refund requirements as set out in this policy.

If Mas Ridwan Academy needs to change or reschedule a class for reasons originating from the Academy, participants will be given the option to attend an available replacement schedule. Settlement options may include:

• rescheduling to the next available schedule;
• transfer to another available batch or group; or
• another option determined by the Academy according to the program conditions.

A schedule change by the Academy does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund if the program or service remains available and can be attended on the replacement schedule.

If the Academy permanently cancels a program and does not provide a replacement schedule, the Academy will determine an appropriate settlement option for participants.

In certain circumstances beyond the control of the participant or the Academy, including emergencies, illness, accidents, disasters, major technical disruptions, or other conditions that reasonably prevent the participant from attending class, the Academy may consider special requests on a case-by-case basis.

The Academy may request supporting evidence or documents if necessary.

Approval for a reschedule, replacement session, or exception from this policy remains at the discretion of Mas Ridwan Academy and is not granted automatically.

All materials provided by Mas Ridwan Academy are part of the learning program and are intended only for registered participants. Those materials include, but are not limited to:

• modules or PDF files;
• videos or Zoom meeting recordings;
• presentation materials;
• templates;
• learning documents;
• other digital materials provided during the program.

Participants are prohibited, without written permission from Mas Ridwan Academy, from:

• sharing the materials with other people who are not registered;
• selling or trading the materials;
• uploading the materials to public platforms or social media;
• redistributing the materials in any form;
• using the materials to provide training or courses to others; or
• using the materials for commercial purposes outside the program attended.

Participants are responsible for keeping the access and learning materials provided to them secure.

Participants who are found to have violated the provisions in this point may be subject to sanctions in the form of revocation of access to the materials and program without a refund, and Mas Ridwan Academy is entitled to take legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This policy is effective as of 1 January 2026.

By making a payment and registering for a Mas Ridwan Academy program, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Refund, and Reschedule Policy.

Participants are also deemed to understand that:

• A 100% refund applies only before the first session begins and before learning materials are provided or material access is granted.
• After materials are provided or material access is granted, the payment becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether the materials have been opened, downloaded, watched, or used.
• Reschedule requests for both private and group classes must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 × 24 hours) before the class schedule.
• Late cancellation and no-show may cause the session to be treated as used.

Mas Ridwan Academy has the right to make changes to this policy if necessary. Changes will apply to new registrations after the policy is updated.
