Healthcare administration professional based in California. Graduated from Mayfield College in 2018, worked at an internal medicine clinic from receptionist to office manager, and founded Mas Ridwan Academy in 2025 to help Indonesian learners prepare for VA and Medical VA roles with practical, U.S.-standard training.
Operational Manager
With a diverse career spanning education, marketing, and operations, Faiza manages administrative systems and schedules with exceptional precision for Mas Ridwan Academy and the Indonesian Remote Workers team. Her adaptable background makes her a versatile force in driving daily team success. In her free time, she is a YouTube singer and a devoted cat lover.
English & MVA Instructor
Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has over six years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) with a European company. Throughout her teaching career, she has taught thousands of students from Europe and Asia, helping learners build confidence and improve their English communication skills. She currently works as a Medical Virtual Assistant for a psychiatrist in the United States. In her free time, Diana loves spending quality time with her family, baking and cooking, and binge-watching K-dramas.
English & MVA Instructor
John graduated with a degree in Home Economics and Technology in the Philippines. He has extensive ESL teaching experience with a European company, where he has taught over 15,000 lessons to more than 500 students worldwide. He also works as a Medical Virtual Assistant for a primary care provider in California, specializing in medical records and quality care. Outside of work, John enjoys taking care of his Flowerhorn fish.
General VA Mentor
Mitha is a Personal & Virtual Assistant with over 11 years of professional experience in banking, executive support, marketing communications, and business operations. She has extensive expertise in administrative management, executive assistance, client relations, and project coordination. Passionate about helping others grow, Mitha shares her practical knowledge and real-world experience to help aspiring Virtual Assistants build the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to thrive in today's global remote workforce. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and baking cookies. She is now joining Mas Ridwan Academy.

Nanda has over 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, working closely with clients to solve problems, manage digital projects, and streamline workflows. He now shares his practical skills and experience to help students become more efficient and reliable Virtual Assistants. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer.

Mas Ridwan Academy was founded in 2025 by Mas Ridwan, a healthcare administration professional based in California. After years working in an internal medicine clinic—from receptionist to office manager—he saw a gap: many Indonesian candidates wanted remote healthcare roles but had no clear path to prepare. He decided to bridge that gap with practical, honest training.

As the academy grew, Mas Ridwan brought on instructors with complementary expertise. Diana, a registered nurse with over six years of ESL teaching experience and current Medical VA, joined to lead English and MVA instruction. John, a seasoned ESL teacher with over 15,000 lessons taught and a practicing Medical VA in California, also came on board. Together, the team covers healthcare administration, language skills, and real remote work workflows.
