He is originally from Trowulan, Mojokerto, East Java, and has lived in California since 2014. Earlier in his career in Indonesia, he worked as a teacher. In his early years in the United States, he worked in hospitality before transitioning into healthcare administration.

To support that career transition, he studied Healthcare Administration at Mayfield College and graduated in 2018. Since that same year, he has worked at an internal medicine clinic in California—starting as a medical receptionist and later handling a range of administrative functions, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, electronic medical records, referral coordination, and clinic operations. In 2022, he was promoted to office manager, responsible for the clinic’s day-to-day operational management.

Drawing on that experience, he founded Mas Ridwan Academy in 2025 so more learners from Indonesia could prepare for Medical Virtual Assistant and Virtual Assistant roles with a clearer understanding of international workplace standards.
His hope is that participants learn useful terminology, build professional habits and precision, and gain confidence to pursue a remote path step by step—without unrealistic promises.
